These Terms govern access to oftenly.io and the Oftenly platform, operated by Accelara AI Solutions Limited ("Accelara"). A separate signed agreement controls where it applies to a paying customer or partner and prevails over these website terms in the event of conflict.
Permitted use
You may use Oftenly only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable messaging, privacy, consumer-protection, and service regulations. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and ensure that users acting for your business are authorized.
Messaging and connected services
Features involving WhatsApp, Meta, email, payments, maps, artificial intelligence, or other third-party services depend on the relevant provider's accounts, approvals, policies, limits, and availability. You are responsible for lawful opt-in, approved content, customer notices, and use of connected business assets. Provider fees may apply separately.
Platform responsibilities
Oftenly provides booking, communications, payment-status, operations, and decision-support tools. Businesses remain responsible for their services, prices, policies, staff, customer communications, legal notices, and final operational decisions. AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace appropriate human review.
Intellectual property
Accelara and its licensors retain rights in the Oftenly platform, software, designs, documentation, and reusable technology. Customers retain rights in their brands, customer data, service information, and other content they provide, subject to the permissions necessary for Oftenly to operate the service.
Availability and liability
The website and any evaluation access are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelara disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from website use or third-party services. Contracted services are subject to the warranty and liability terms in the applicable signed agreement.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access that threatens platform security, violates law or provider policy, infringes third-party rights, or materially disrupts the service. Contracted account termination is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
